About 7 kilometers north of the coastal town of Roses and a 10-minute walk from Cala Montjoi is this fabulous villa in the wonderful Cala Calitjas, within the Cap de Creus Natural Park. The house, built in 1972, was renovated respecting the rustic character and the typical style of the place given by the designer, the famous Catalan architect Pelayo Martínez i Pelagi. The main floor offers a spacious and bright living room with vaulted ceilings, which opens onto a spectacular partially covered terrace with a small swimming pool (with jacuzzi), and enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding pine forest. The very bright kitchen also enjoys the same view. Next to it is a small room with a shower, currently used as a cloakroom and laundry room. From the entrance, a hallway leads to the sleeping area, which includes four bedrooms, including three ensuite double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as another bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor of the villa, there are two large rooms, one of which is used as a guest bedroom with a bathroom, the other very large that can be used as a living room with a sea view or a games room. On the same floor, outside, a small additional bathroom with a shower is especially useful coming up from the beach.
