The flat is on the first floor (with lift). To enter the flat, you will first enter a corridor (closed by a padlock). You will find two other flats on the same floor. Formerly, the three flats were one and separate. The flat is located in a corridor, where only residents on this floor have access. Finally, the flat is equipped with a security alarm. This spacious flat, recently renovated and fully equipped, consists of a large open plan kitchen, a pleasant living room and a beautifully decorated dining room. There are also three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The whole flat has a high ceiling which brings a lot of volume to the rooms.
