It is a coastal village of about 380 inhabitants, mostly dedicated to fishing.Along the coastline of the village, you will find several bars and restaurants, most of which specialise in fresh fish. El Pris has a jetty, a sports centre, a childrens playground, several apartment complexes and a lifeguard, first aid and rescue station.There is also a path along the entire coastline that connects the Pris natural pool with the neighbouring village of Mesa del Mar, which also has a natural pool.As for the Pris natural pool, you can access the pool area from several stairs that will take you from the road to the pool, as well as from an access ramp. Once in this area, to enter the water there is a ramp with handrails, ideal for the elderly and children to take a dip.At the back of the pool, there is a small stone wall where you can sit quietly and contemplate the sea and the pool. If you prefer to lie in the sun, there is also a flat area where you can do so.The pool is separated from the open sea by a wall, and when the tide is high enough, the wall is barely visible and the open sea is confused with the pool, which means that the water is constantly moving and regenerating, so it is usually very clean and the sensation is unique. It is like bathing directly in the sea but in a much safer way.Next to the pool, there is also a small brown sandy beach, but it is small in size and usually has quite a lot of waves, so it is usually a much better option to swim in the pool.
