Located in Prignitz, in Krams, just an hour and a half away from Berlin. The danger: you won't want to leave. That's how we felt, which is why we now live here, almost right next to the holiday home. We are here if any issues arise. A small entire house, built around 1920, renovated in 2023/2024. A large room with a double bed and a separate sofa bed, a desk, and if needed, a monitor. A small kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, grill, and microwave. A bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. A terrace with a fire pit and gas grill. Wi-Fi everywhere. And the clock tower is also part of the property. Across the street on the property are our four charming Cameroon sheep, named Bärbel, Hildegard, Rosinchen, and Paulinchen. They can be fed and petted. They will still be there when you come back one day, as they will not be slaughtered. 600 euros per month for rent, plus only the costs for electricity and water based on consumption. The minimum rental period is 3 months, and the house is currently available for 6 months. Extension is possible by agreement. The house is suitable for one to two people. It is not allowed as a primary residence. No subletting. No smoking.
